1. Subscription cancellations
You may cancel a subscription before the next renewal date so future billing stops at the end of the current paid period.
Unless applicable law requires a refund, cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund the current billing period after access has been granted for that period.
2. Wallet credits and usage
Wallet or processing credits are meant to be consumed against actual processing work. Once credits have been used or provisioned for immediate use at your request, we generally do not treat that value as refundable.
If a payment was duplicated, charged in error, or did not reflect the product behavior described at the time of purchase, contact us so we can review the transaction manually.
3. Cooling-off and required consumer rights
If a mandatory consumer-protection law gives you a cooling-off or withdrawal right, YanaScript will honor that right to the extent the service or credits have not already been fully performed, provisioned, or consumed at your request.
Where you explicitly ask us to begin digital processing immediately, any required cooling-off remedy may be reduced or unavailable once that digital performance has started, to the extent local law allows.
4. Billing questions and disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact hello@yanascript.com before filing a payment dispute if possible. Include the account email, date of charge, and a short description of the issue.
We may ask for additional details to verify the account and review the billing history fairly.
