Report the problem in a way we can actually use.

Use this template when something breaks, behaves unexpectedly, or blocks work. A short, structured report gets fixed faster than a vague note that just says the app is broken.

When to use this

Use this page for product bugs, broken flows, editor issues, failed uploads, incorrect exports, or anything that makes the product behave differently from what the interface promises.

What helps most

Tell us the exact page, the job or file involved, what you expected, and what actually happened. Screenshots, recordings, and the last step before failure are often the difference between a fast fix and guesswork.
